What is the duration of effectiveness?

The 1 ml syringe typically lasts between 15 to 30 days, depending on individual usage patterns and potential dosage adjustments. The duration may vary among individuals, with some adjusting their dosage more rapidly than others. For instance, if you adhere to one of our suggested administration examples, such as the treatment plan outlined in figure 4b, a 1 ml syringe may last for 18 days.

How to apply:

The recommended method involves orally administering the RSO oil by placing a specified amount (as per RSHO dosage information) under the tongue and holding it for at least 60 seconds before swallowing. Alternatively, the oil can be applied topically on the skin, used rectally, or incorporated into food and beverages.
